9,500,000 DIGITAL LOG CURVES NOW AVAILABLE
CALGARY, ALBERTA. (April 20, 2009) – LogTech (Canada) Ltd., a leading provider of software and data solutions to the petroleum industry, announced today that the size of its digital log database has increased to 9.5 million high quality curves.The latest round of digital log data processing has just been completed resulting in over 1,000,000 new curves being loaded to LOGarc on-line in the past year. This data includes main runs, repeat sections as well as much hi-resolution and TVD data as created by logging companies.
Today, more than 9,500,000 curves are instantly available to you on-line from LogTech. Far more than government sourced data, LogTech’s database contains thousands of wells, and hundreds of thousands – if not millions – of curves not available elsewhere.
And much more data is on its way to you. Thousands of new wells are currently being validated for loading to LOGarc on-line in the coming weeks. This data combined with the new data we acquire on an ongoing basis means that we anticipate more than 10,000,000 digital log curves will soon be made available to you.
